It is very hard for my husband to get used to this. The channel and volume buttons on our remotes are vertical and the flipper it is horizontal. He has altzheimers. If you change this I would appreciate having my two remotes replaced.

Works well but were pleased to see it offered even more than was shown on the web site, you can slide down the front panel to expose a numeric pad where you can directly enter channels or program the channel up down buttons, you can also lock these buttons out....great product.
