The Fanstel EzPro C5630B in black, has just about everything you might want.  This phone has 56 decibels of amplification for hearing impairments, and a speakerphone in handset.  The ringer is loud, adjustable up to 85dB+.  There is also a backlit, talking keypad which is great for anyone with vision loss.  It helps dialing accuracy too when the phone speaks the number pressed - as confirmation.

The Fanstel EzPro C5630B, a 2.4GHz phone, also has a one-touch emergency button for emergency use. 

This phone is table or wall mountable.  There is also a battery backup.  The big buttons are helpful to seniors/elderly that have low vision, or hand tremors due to Parkinson's or MS.  Even people, especially men, with larger fingers will appreciate a phone with big buttons because it makes dialing more accurate with less chance of hitting two buttons at one time.

NOTE:  This phone can be connected to a separate answering machine if desired by using a "splitter.  Splitters are small, inexpensive products that can be purchased just about anywhere telephones are sold, such as Target, Walmart, Staples, Office Max, etc.  and are easily and quickly attached to the phone, just plug it into the phone jack. 

NOTE:  Yes, this Fanstel phone is compatible with other household telephones.
